■New Growth Mechanic: Roles!

Certain heroes will possess “Roles” as a new growth mechanic. Leveling up a hero’s Role will draw out more of their unique traits.

 

Attacker > All-Rounder: A Role that dishes out huge damage with high attack power.
Supporter > Gauge Filler: A support-oriented Role that efficiently replenishes allies’ Skill Gauges.

Crowd Control > Debuffer: A tactical Role that uses Status Ailments to weaken the enemy.

The 9th anniversary’s new heroes will have Roles, of course, but so will a selection of existing heroes. Party formation just got a whole lot more strategic!

 

 

 

■Get Last Year’s Design Contest Winner: Curse Chaser Nuinir!

As we announced on our 9th anniversary livestream on 5/29/2025 (Thu.), Curse Chaser Nuinir, the winner of last year’s Hero Design Contest, will become playable in-game.
Curse Chaser Nuinir can be obtained by playing the in-game events.
Plus, she has Ascension, so obtaining duplicate copies of her will allow you to strengthen her even further.

Role: Attacker > All-Rounder
She’s a flexible hero whose Ascension allows her to pick Damage Up effects for any of the five elements.
She even picks her strongest ally and has them deal an overwhelming 1000% attack. Pair her up with the right heroes, and she’ll start showing just how valuable she can really be.

 

 

■New Hero Integrated Ioscprus Appears in the Anniversary Party!

Featuring the new hero Integrated Ioscprus, who comes with the new growth mechanic: Roles!
The Anniversary Party will feature not just the new hero, but Arcana heroes, Parallel heroes, Asterism heroes, and more.

Role: Crowd Control > Debuffer
Her Action Skill applies Poison to the enemy, and her Role and Field Effect greatly strengthen Poison damage. She also lowers enemy defenses to make her allies’ attacks go through more easily. All in all, she’s a technical hero who drives the enemy into a corner with sustained damage from Status Ailments.
